I got my order, but an item is missing, damaged, or not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing, damaged, or not a part of your order, contact us immediately after receiving the package. We are happy to address all concerns.

When Will I get my order?

Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-2 business days. After processing, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. For standard shipping, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 6-10 business days after it’s shipped.
